These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our golf simulator and related services (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. General Terms

1.1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our services, you agree to these Terms and any additional terms and conditions that may apply to specific services or promotions.

2. Use of Services

2.1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services or be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

2.2. Reservations

Reservations are recommended to ensure availability. Walk-ins are welcome based on availability.

2.3. Code of Conduct

We expect all guests to behave respectfully towards staff and other patrons. Any disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in termination of your session without a refund.

2.4. Equipment

Guests are responsible for the proper use of all equipment. Any damage to equipment caused by misuse will be the responsibility of the guest and may incur repair or replacement costs.

3. Pricing, Memberships, Payment, and Cancellation

3.1. Pricing

Prices for our services are as stated on our website or in our facility and are subject to change without notice.

3.2. Memberships

The Pro, Master, and Legend memberships are individual memberships. Memberships cannot be shared with other individuals.

The Corporate membership allows for up to three (3) corporate officers to be on one membership.

All memberships are a three (3) month commitment and can be canceled at any time after the first three (3) months. If a membership is canceled before the month is over a refund will not be provided.

Each membership level is allotted a specific number of guest passes per month. Once used up, a guest fee of $10 per guest per visit will be charged to the member.

3.3. Payments

All payments must be made in full at the time of booking or before using our services. We accept cash, credit, and debit cards.

3.4. Maintenance Fee

A maintenance fee of $25 per year will be charged to each membership on January 1st of each year.

3.5. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made at least 12 hours in advance will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 12 hours in advance or no-shows will not be refunded.

4. Privacy, Surveillance, and Media Use

4.1. Personal Information

We collect and use personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to our collection and use of your personal information.

We may conduct video surveillance for safety and security purposes. 

Users may be photographed or recorded within the facility. By entering, the User grants the Company permission to use such media for promotional purposes unless notification of refusal is submitted in writing.

5. Refusal of Service and Termination

We reserve the right to refuse service, revoke access, or terminate any agreement with any User who violates these Terms and Conditions or engages in disruptive, unlawful, or unsafe behavior.

6. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time, with or without prior notice to the User. 

Any such modifications shall become effective immediately upon being posted at the facility or published via the Company's official communication channels. 

Continued use of the Company’s services or premises following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. 

It is the User’s responsibility to review the Terms and Conditions periodically for updates or changes. 

7. Miscellaneous

7.1. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State where our services are located, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

7.2. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the jurisdiction where our services are located.

7.3. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

7.4. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of our services and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.

By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
