2. Cancellation Window:

Customers must cancel their reservation at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled start time to avoid any cancellation fees.

3. Cancellation Process:

•Online Reservations: Cancel your booking through our online booking system at [website link].

•Phone Reservations: Call us at 5 to cancel your reservation 561-781-3049

•In-Person Reservations: Visit us at 185 E. Indiantown Road, Suite 116/117, Jupiter, FL 33477, to cancel your reservation.

4. Cancellation Fees:

•Cancellations made 12 hours or more before the scheduled start time: No cancellation fee will be charged.

•Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the scheduled start time and no-shows: If you do not show up for your reservation and do not cancel 12 hours before your reservation you will be charged the full booking fee.

5. Refunds:

• For cancellations made 12 hours or more in advance, a full refund will be issued.

• For cancellations made less than 12 hours in advance, there will be no refunded.

• No refunds will be issued for no-shows.

6. Rescheduling:

• Rescheduling is allowed up to 12 hours before the scheduled start time without any fees.

• Rescheduling requests made less than 12 hours before the scheduled start time will be treated as a cancellation, and the cancellation fee policy will apply.
