General Cancellation Guidelines

The following are general guidelines. Specific cancellation policies may vary by facility and membership type.

• Free cancellation is typically available up to 24 hours before your booking
• Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a cancellation fee
• No-shows will be charged the full booking amount
• Modifications to bookings are subject to availability

Refunds

Refunds are processed according to the cancellation policy in effect at the time of booking. Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Memberships and Subscriptions

If you have a membership or subscription:

• You may cancel at any time through your account settings
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
• No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods
• Unused hours do not roll over after cancellation
