Liability Waiver

Assumption of Risk

By using the facilities and services provided, you acknowledge that participation in golf simulator activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:

• Risk of injury from swinging golf clubs
• Risk of injury from golf balls or equipment
• Risk of muscle strain or physical exertion
• Risk of slipping or falling

Release of Liability

By making a booking or using the facilities, you agree to release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue the facility, its owners, operators, employees, and agents from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury that may be sustained while participating in activities at the facility.

Agreement to Follow Rules

You agree to:

• Follow all facility rules and safety guidelines
• Use equipment properly and as instructed
• Report any unsafe conditions immediately
• Refrain from using equipment if impaired in any way
• Supervise any minors in your party at all times

Medical Acknowledgment

You represent that you are physically fit and have no medical condition that would prevent your safe participation in golf simulator activities. You acknowledge that you should consult a physician before engaging in physical activities if you have any concerns about your health.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the facility and its personnel from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your participation in activities at the facility or your violation of any facility rules or policies.
